Earth Day2013 Project at PDK Kuala Krai (Recycle Crafts)

In conjunction with our DG Chan Hoi Club visit, we carried out Earth Day Project at our adopted DSC centre as follows:

  1.  Recycle crafts - a.  Polystyrene - lions

                               b. Fruit netting - crafts - Hungary bird, little kitty, pikachu,doctor bird apple

                               c. old newspaper - bird cage, basket,tray & boxes

                               d. aluminium can - pen holder,风铃。

                               e. packing plastic tape - bird, basket.

                               f.  Tissue - flower.

                               g. ribbon - decorative food cover

                               h. red packet - decorative lanterns.

                               i.  Box - Chinese dragon head

2.  Colouring Contest for the DSC students on the earth day theme

3.  Tree Planting - 10  passion fruit trees were planted at the Centre (shade purposes)

                           10 flower plants to beautified the centre.
