Kuala Krai was seriously hit by the flood due to the heavy monsoon rain, several low laying area was flooded and most of the main roads to Kota Bharu was closed to traffic. 6 flood evacuation center was set up by the PEJABAT TANAH DAN JAJAHAN and the JABATAN KEBAJIKAN MASYARAKAT.
