GOTONG ROYONG PERDANA KUALA KRAI

Majlis Daerah Kuala Krai officers invited all KUALA KRAI government departments, NGOs and Guchil residents for Gotong Royong Perdana starting from Jalan Halimah till Guchil 3. The objective is to plant trees in line with the campaign of planting 1 million trees in Malaysia. The gotong royong ceremony was officiated by Yang Amat Berusaha Yang DiPertua MDKK. MDKK requested PRESIDENT LIONS CLUB KUALA KRAI (8 Lion members) to participate in this program.
The objectives are:
1. To cultivate a loving spirit towards the Environment
2. To create awareness to the community about collective responsibility on cleanliness
3. To remind the people of the government and private sectors about their duty in the community
4. To plant trees to reduce global warming in conjunction with World Environmental Day.
The participants are as follows :
