The Lions & Lioness club of Kuala Krai were invited for this year end event. Special appreciation and thanks was given to our club for helping and sponsoring them most of the time and especially helping to brighten up their Centre with beautiful cartoons painting and the tyres garden.

LIONS YES CAMP 2009 - BENUM HILL ECO RESORT, RAUB

The Lions YES Camp was held from December 17th to 20th at Benum Hill Eco Resort, Raub organised by Lion Saw Choo Hong. (DC Youth Development)

3 youths from our district joined the YES Camp. They came back with very high spirits and learnt a lot from the activities. Our congratulations to Lion Saw for a job well done.

Before the School holidays, we donated some goodies and bread for the students at the centre.

At the same time, we visited the site of our tyres project which was done earlier in July 2009. From these photos, we can all see that the plants are growing well and the bright colours beautifies the surroundings. Hopefully we can inspire and encourage more people to make full use of old tryes instead of burning them which can pollute the environment.
